Neighbourhood Plan
We started working on the Neighbourhood Plan back in 2014. By 2022 it had gone through all its consultation and examination phases and the Plan was ready to go to a referendum. Unfortunately, due to COVID, this was delayed until 6th May 2021.
The Referendum took place on 6th May 2021, with 84.9% of voters voting for the plan to be adopted. The Witley Neighbourhood Plan was subsequently ‘made’ (adopted) on 21st June 2021 by Waverley Borough Council and is now used to help determine applications for development in Witley.
The Neighbourhood Plan and supporting appendices are available to download below, however due to the size and format of Appendix F, this is not available on the website. Please contact the Clerk if you wish to view this Appendix.
